All design assets, mascot characters, audio recordings, source code, and trademarks associated with Sorry Kitty remain the exclusive property of Aadarsh Kumar. Users retain ownership over the messages and content they post, granting Sorry Kitty a non-exclusive license solely to transmit and render content as required to deliver the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorry Kitty disclaims all warranties regarding continuous uptime, accuracy of machine translations, or third-party user conduct.
